Aches and pains often abound with chronic illness and sometimes yoga on hard surfaces can hurt. With an extra thick yoga mat, the padding helps soften the area a woman is laying. Stretching is a profound healing tool and it can be even more therapeutic with an extra thick yoga mat.
Grounding Mats
Using a grounding desk mat under the computer helps to absorb the radiation that the laptop or desktop emits. A grounding sleep mat is helpful too. Radiation can increase anxiety, depression and induce poor cell health so remitting it is important.
EMF Reducer for Phone
