Tis’ the season for something warm in our bellies. Whether it’s a warm cup of coffee or tea or a hearty bowl of soup we all yearn for comfort through food. Not the unhealthy kind of comfort through food but the kind that nourishes your body and helps bring it into balance.

We enjoy soups here so much in the fall and winter. Where we live, winter has been exceptionally cold, snowy and beautiful this year and I find myself making more soups for meals. I love them because they are one pot meals, they feed a lot and warm us from the inside out. Plus, they’re easy to make and an Instant Pot makes them even quicker!

There are so many lovely Paleo and AIP soup recipes out. These ones are staples in our home! We love them and have them often during the colder months. Soup does not just have to be for dinner either! It can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Our Favorite Soups

{click on the title for recipe}

⇒ Paleo Instant Pot White Chicken Chili {with an AIP option} – one of my    most popular recipes on the website!

⇒ Ultimate Paleo Chili by Robb Wolf & Holly Gary {we leave out the cayenne}

⇒ Grain Free, Dairy Free Mulligatawny Stew

⇒ Creamy Celeriac Soup by Andrea Nakayama {it’s like you’re eating cream of potato soup but without dairy or potatoes!}

⇒ Amy Myers Broccoli Kale Soup {we leave out the tahini}

⇒ Pressure Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup by Danielle Walker of Against all Grain

⇒ Pumpkin Soup with Apple and Spices

⇒ Italian Wedding Soup by Danielle Walker of Against All Grain {I leave out the nutritional yeast}

⇒ Simple Egg Drop Soup by Michelle Tam of Nom Nom Paleo (I love this for breakfast)

⇒ Crockpot Tom Kha by Amy Myers

⇒ Hearty, Dairy Free Cream of Broccoli Soup

There are others I make but have yet to get on the site!
Chicken Zoodle Soup, Paleo Minestrone and Taco Soup are some other faves!

This round up is by no means exhaustive. These are just the soups that I find our family going to time and time again because they hit the spot!

Is tonight a good night to make soup? Might want to try one of these if it is.
