Organic Acerola Cherry Powder
This Acerola Cherry Powder is one of my favorite ways to get vitamin C, especially during cooler months when I need my immune system to stay in tip-top shape. It contains 50-125 times the amount of vitamin C of an orange! It’s important to supplement vitamin C because your body cannot make its own vitamin C.
Synthetic vitamin c made from ascorbic acid is almost always GMO and really hard to absorb in the body. Hydrolyzed Collagen
Many collagens on the market are laced with high levels of heavy metals and contain glyphosate and they are not tested. That’s why I made the switch to Perfect brand Hydrolyzed collagen.
