Have you used terahertz with gua sha to improve lymphatic flow in your body.?

Terahertz, through heat studies has been found to increase blood flow naturally and so doing a gua sha routine with it can increase lymphatic benefits exponentially.

For many years I have used the gua sha practice to improve lymphatic flow and this is one of my favorite routines:

First with the terahertz gua sha tool, I start under my collarbone and, from the center of the chest outward toward the shoulder, I move the tool. Do this ten times on both sides.

Next, I move above my collar bone and move from the mid side of the neck down. I scrape toward the pocket above my collarbone to loosen stagnant lymph. I do this ten times on each side.

Then, I move along my jawline starting at the chin and going over the ear and down the neck ten times on each side.

After that I move to the front of my armpit and scrape from my shoulder toward the chest ten times on each side.

Then, I go clockwise around my belly button ten times to move the gut associated lymph tissue.

Last, I scrape from my mid calf past the back of my knee ten times on each side.

Doing this daily can improve any stagnation of toxins that need to be detoxed out of the body.

Macro nutrient levels are bioindividual but in general a breakfast with 30 grams of protein in the morning will make you feel amazing and have stable energy throughout the day.

Add two pastured eggs to this and a scoop of collagen in your morning tea or coffee and you'll have met that goal.

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of @baseculture bread, toasted
• 2 tsp. @organicvalley ghee
• half of an organic avocado, smashed

• 1/4 cup @good_culture whole milk cottage cheese

This is a specific time you take daily to dive into God's Word and meditate on it, pray, and participate in healing practices that calm your mind and nervous system and keep it in balance.
