After finishing the first 39 books of the Old Testament reading I started January 1, 2023, by going through them chronologically and being the third time I have read through the entire Bible, I can tell you that this is THE BEST way to spend time each day! So many puzzle pieces are put together and such perspective shifts happen when God and His Word are truly first.

The Bible is LIVING & ACTIVE and you cannot encounter it and leave the same. If you think you know who Jesus is…but you’ve never read the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse…it’s time!

Water running over rocks in a stream is vastly different than tap or bottled water.

When God created water for humans to survive on, He didn't put it in plastic bottles or make it run through contaminated treatment plants and metal pipes.

Instead, the water He offered us for our bodies was found in streams, rivers, and lakes. And, it gets its minerals and structure by running over those rocks and among the soil and sand.

Now obviously today many of those natural sources of water are contaminated by man and so it's not very often we are able to source water from those spaces in creation.

However, there is an option that gets as close as possible to that vibrant living water that God offered us.

It's called Molecular Hydrogen Water and it's created through electrolysis through an ionizing machine.

Since you wear clothes every day and they touch your skin and you breathe vapors from them, you want to be sure that you are cleaning your clothes using products that are helpful to your health.

Here are a smattering of dangerous chemicals found in laundry cleaning products:

👉QUATERNARY AMMONIUM COMPOUNDS (QUATs) found in fabric softener sheets are endocrine disruptors, asthma causers and skin irritators.

👉TRIETHANOLAMINE (TEA), found in laundry detergents are carcinogens that cause cancer.

👉CHLORINE found in laundry detergents is neurotoxic.

👉ALKYLPHENOL ETHOXYLATES (APEs), found in detergents lower sperm counts and can cause male genital birth defects.

👉FRAGRANCE, found in almost all laundry cleaners is one of the top 5 allergens in the world and is usually a compilation of chemicals chosen from a pool of about 3,000.

👉BORAX, found in some detergents and some people use it thinking it's safer, can lower sperm counts, negatively affect libido, contribute to testicular atrophy and slow ovulation.

Having living plants in your home cleans the air and adds beauty! 🌱🌿🌺

I also love the look of living plants in each room because they bring life and character onto the scene.

Living plants also create negative ions that help to promote good health for your physiology. Plus, there are SO many to choose from these days that it can also be a really fun hobby.

The good news is that you don't need to have a green thumb in order to keep your plants alive.

Detox and Drainage, though interconnected, are dif

Detox and Drainage, though interconnected, are different things.

If you are killing something off in your body like candida, EBV, parasites, mold, etc. it's really important to understand detox systems and drainage pathways.

The organs and systems God designed for your body are responsible for breaking down and capturing waste both from living pathogens or toxins that come from dead pathogens.

Through chemical processes of conjugation, the organs and systems send the toxins through to the drainage pathways.

If drainage pathways are clogged, then, instead of toxins being excreted out of the body, they will recirculate and lead to a whole host of debilitating symptoms.

So when you are doing a killing protocol for healing, it's crucial to your success that your drainage pathways are open.

Note - skin is both a detox organ and a drainage pathway. Skin issues like eczema, hives, etc., denote that detox organs (especially the liver) and drainage pathways are not functioning well.

Toxins will be excreted through the nearest drainage pathway.

For example: if you have crusty eyes in the morning, you likely have a collar-up infection.

There is a hierarchy of drainage pathways and the very first one to make sure is open is the colon!

This is the tip of the iceberg in regard to detox and drainage. It's also vitally important that before you even attempt to do a killing protocol for healing your GI tract is in tip-top shape as well. Otherwise, through your gut, toxins will also get reabsorbed and recirculated and you will feel absolutely awful.

When you do a cleanse or killing protocol, you should be able to "do life" through it. Life should not need to stop.
