Don’t You Love Receiving a Homemade Gift?
I remember when I made my mom a puffy painted Christmas sweatshirt one year when I was a little girl. She wore it proudly all day! Have you ever received a gift that you totally loved, not necessarily because of what it was but because of the thought the person put into it? These DIY gifts will bless your mom because they are really useful gifts that have added health benefits but they are also thoughtful.
What Kind of Essential Oils to Use
It’s really important that you only use chemical-free, contaminant-free, GMO-free and Filler-free, grade 1 essential oils.
My favorite brand has been tested by third parties and has always been found to be extremely potent and free of all harmful substances as mentioned above.
If you don’t use the grade 1 oils that I have described and they do have fillers and contaminants it can actually cause stress and unwanted symptoms for your mom and I know you don’t want to do that!

Rollerball blends are a cinch to make and have lasting effects throughout the day. Every mom has stress and needs to find a way to manage it. One way you can help your mom if by creating a Bye-Bye Stress Rollerball blend for her. You can give this rollerball to her with a satin eye mask and her own bottle of Lavender
Bye-Bye Stress Rollerball Recipe:
Using a 10ml glass rollerball bottle, place 15 drops of Lavender, 10 drops of Grapefruit, 8 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Ylang Ylang and then fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
She can rub this on her pulse points and the back of her neck when stressful days or situations arise. *Do not put this blend on in an area that will be directly exposed to the sun for a long period of time. Grapefruit oil has a constituent called Furanocoumarins that makes it photosensitive and can cause skin to be susceptible to sunburn quicker for 12 hours after application.
