Once you place an order, the creating, proofing, printing, and shipping “clock” has started. To meet shipping deadlines – and in many cases ship sooner than suggested date – we need you to respond thoroughly too all communication ASAP.

We will be in touch soon, using the email address you provided, to confirm your order and ask you any questions we may have concerning your order.  After your order has been started a digital proof will be emailed. Proof image will appear as an attachment that is a low resolution file. Upon receiving your email, please open it promptly and, via email, respond to approve the custom art or send us your preferred edits. *No text additions will be allowed at this time, only minor edits or errors fixed (if necessary).  Please respond within 24 hours of the time the email was sent to you.

If revisions were made you will receive a second digital proof upon which we will go through the approval process again via email. Within 24 hours of receiving the second digital proof please send us a response so we can finalize your art and proceed with processing.

If we have questions which prevent us from completing your order and sometimes even starting your order, we will contact you via email. If after multiple attempts to contact you using the email address you provided, we have not received a response from you we will wait 14 days before canceling your order and refunding your payment. You will receive an email from Feasting On Joy that this has occurred.

“Processing time” includes proofing, printing, and delivery to our shipper; it does not include transit time. Processing time will be affected by any delays you have in communicating with us.

5 x 7 and 8 x 10 prints will be packaged in a protective sleeve and shipped in a sturdy mailer.
